I work on warehouse and inventory systems, owning discovery to rollout and supporting adoption in daily operations.

 

    • Moved HCM & HN FCs off Google Sheets by driving system-based inventory adoption (stock ~98% accurate with continuous updates).
    • Shipped a hybrid stock-counting flow (paper + app) to fit flexible warehouse workflows and cut time spent on discrepancy investigations.
    • Rolled out app-based picking to reduce manual entry, improve productivity tracking, and keep fulfilment status up to date.

Redefining payment gateway onboarding in Vietnam with a fully digital, app-led verification system.

I designed fintech flows and internal tools that help merchants onboard and operations teams run payments smoothly.

    • Designed in-app eKYC onboarding, reducing onboarding 2 days to ~15 minutes.
    • Worked with risk/ops to implement auto-verification logic, cutting verification time to ~1 hour.
    • Designed the internal ops console (onboarding, transactions, disputes, settlements) with role-based workflows.

How a simple "reaction" transformed cold transactions into warm interactions.

I helped turn pre-defined ideas into MVPs by clarifying flows, edge cases, and shipping designs with the team.

 

    • Delivered MVP flows for Saving Pot and Social Reaction, iterating through testing and post-release feedback.
    • Produced wireframes and prototypes for handoff and delivery.

Great design starts where users struggle. Friction, workarounds, and “small complaints” become the real spec. Once the pain is clear, design objectives write themselves.

USABLE BEFORE PERFECT

Make it happen first, perfect later

A clean v1 beats a perfect concept. The fastest way to learn is to ship the simplest path that works, then iterate with real cases instead of hypothetical debates.

ARCHITECT BEHAVIOR

Design the behavior, not the interface

The best products make the right action feel like the natural one. Clear defaults, deliberate sequencing, and guardrails reduce training, reminders, and manual policing.
